What to Expect

On the day of your child’s first visit to our office, please arrive 15 minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up the registration process. Prior to your appointment, please complete the pre-registration via the link that will be sent to you via text message a few days prior to your appointment. 

The Initial Visit

Our compassionate Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners do whatever it takes to make every visit to our office a pleasant, relaxed experience. With all of the important information about our practice available on our website, you can feel confident that you and your child are well-prepared for your first appointment. What to Bring

Prior to your child’s first visit please provide the following:

Complete immunization records
Medical records from your previous pediatrician

Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

Insurance card
Drivers license
