Frequently Asked Questions
“Is my child’s growth on track?”
At every well-child visit, we track your child’s height, weight, and development against pediatric growth charts. Some children grow faster, some slower — that’s totally normal. What matters most is their consistent progress over time.
If you’re ever concerned about your child’s growth, or if something just doesn’t feel right, please schedule a visit. Trust your instincts — we’re here for you.
“How much should my baby (or child) be eating/sleeping?”
Every child is different, but we can guide you based on age and developmental stage. Newborns typically eat every 2–3 hours and sleep 14–17 hours a day. As children grow, both their appetites and sleep needs change — and that’s okay!
If you’re ever unsure or something seems off, bring them in. You know your child best, and we’re always happy to check.
“When should I bring my child in sick or wait it out?”
If your child has a fever, rash, trouble breathing, unusual behavior, or symptoms that are worsening or not going away — it’s always safest to check with us. You can use our symptom checker and we also offer same-day sick visits and walk-in hours.
That said, if you’re ever worried, don’t wait — just bring them in. Your peace of mind matters.
